To promote Spectrum high speed internet, 6 +1 first identified which big categories consumers were watching most on YouTube. We then concepted executions to match each of these categories and served them up to the right audiences – relevance over interruption. For example, if a user searched for beauty or make-up videos, they would be served the execution entitled “Fashionista” featuring a mock beauty vlogger.

The humorous pre-roll campaign entitled, “Free Your Content,” consists of six videos with YouTube stars ‘trapped’ inside video windows, pleading for help from the viewer to set their content free, from “their cable provider prison.”
